Job Opportunity – Emergency Room Nurse, Critical Access Hospital – Kremmling, CO 80459

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: Kremmling, Colorado – Located in the mountains at 7,000 feet elevation, approximately 2 hours west of Denver and close to multiple world-class ski areas

Schedule: 3 12-hour night shifts per week plus 2 call shifts; 32 guaranteed hours per week; 13-week assignment through February 8, 2027

Highlights:

• Work in a Trauma Level IV Critical Access Hospital Emergency Department
• Mountain setting with proximity to premier skiing and outdoor recreation
• Provide comprehensive emergency care from admission to discharge utilizing clinical pathways
• Shared housing may be available within 30 miles based on capacity
• Competitive compensation including overtime, callback, holiday, and on-call pay

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Colorado
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or equivalent certification
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Critical Access Hospital experience strongly preferred
• Willingness to work holidays and on-call shifts as required
• All time-off requests must be disclosed during the interview process
