Job Opportunity – Critical Care/Telemetry/Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse – Newport, VT 05855

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Newport, Vermont – Northeast Kingdom region

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 36 guaranteed hours per week, includes every other weekend rotation

Requirements:

• Current Vermont RN license or compact state license
• Experience in Progressive Care Unit, Medical-Surgical, and/or Telemetry nursing
• Ability to perform charge nurse duties and work independently
• Willingness to float to other units including Emergency Department and Maternal Child Health
• Attendance at department quarterly education sessions required
• Personal transportation strongly recommended due to limited public transit
