Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) – Chico, CA 95926

Start Date: September 30, 2026

Location: Chico, California

Schedule: 8- or 10-hour day shifts starting at 6:30 AM, alternating weekends. 40 guaranteed hours per week with overtime available after 40 hours.

• Expanded perioperative nursing role functioning as first assistant to the surgeon
• Practice in Operating Room and Labor and Delivery Suite settings
• Travel assignment through January 20, 2027 (112 days)

Requirements:

• Current California Board of Registered Nursing (RN) license
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification required
• Current CPR and ACLS certifications
• Medical staff credentialing required (allow 6-8 weeks for processing)
• W-2 employment status with agency
