Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA)

Overview

Contract role in Chico, California
16-week assignment
Day shift with 8- or 10-hour shifts
40 hours per week
Alternating weekends
Practices as a first assistant to the surgeon in the Operating Room and Labor and Delivery Suite
Requires credentialing through the medical staff office, with a minimum 6–8 week processing time

Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Valid RN license in California
CNOR
BLS
ACLS
First Assist experience within the last year
2 years of First Assist experience

Additional Information

Med/Surg and Critical Care RN positions are required to float as needed
Agency staff must be W-2 employees of their agency
