Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical/Orthopedic – Herrin, IL 62948

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Southern Illinois

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 guaranteed hours per week. Every other weekend required with possibility of floating to other medical-surgical departments.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification required
• Medical-surgical and/or orthopedic nursing experience preferred
• Ability to float to clinically appropriate units within scope of practice
