Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, ICU – Roswell, NM 88201

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Roswell, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (18:00 - 06:30). Choice of 36 or 48 hours per week. Rotating weekend schedule required. 36-hour orientation provided.

• Intensive Care Unit position with 1:2 patient ratios

• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, physical therapy, and more
• Float to Medical-Surgical unit as needed when ICU census is low
• 13-week assignment with adult patient population

Requirements:

• Active New Mexico or Compact RN license (pending licenses accepted if obtained prior to start date)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience
• Experience with patient ratios: 1:2 in ICU, 1:6 in Medical-Surgical
• Electronic charting system experience required
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
• Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, arterial line management, and hemodynamic monitoring
