Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) – Orange, CA 92868

Start Date: November 3, 2026

Location: Orange, California

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (12:30 PM - 8:00 PM) or 3x12-hour shifts available. Call rotation required including kidney call Monday-Friday evenings, weekend kidney call, and general call coverage on weekends and holidays. 13-week assignment.

Work alongside experienced surgical teams in a dynamic perioperative environment

Requirements:

Active California RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
Current CRNFA (Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant) certification required
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Minimum 3 years of experience in both scrubbing and circulating as an RN in the operating room
Demonstrated proficiency in robotics, bariatric, general, colorectal, orthopedic/spine, vascular, urology, and gynecology surgical procedures
At least 1 year of recent RNFA experience required
Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
