Location: Yakima, Washington

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Washington Physical Therapist license
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Completion of specialty-specific skills checklist and competency exam (80% passing score required)
• Comprehensive background checks, drug screening, and health documentation including TB testing, MMR, Varicella, and Hepatitis B immunity
• Two professional references from the past three years, including one supervisor reference
