Job Opportunity – Labor and Delivery Charge Nurse – Glenwood Springs, CO 81601

Start Date: October 2, 2026

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends; 36 guaranteed hours per week. Call rotation typically one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks. Assignment duration is 91 days.

Highlights:

• Join our Night Charge RN Team in a Family Birth Place with Pathway to Excellence Designation
• Comprehensive unit including Labor & Delivery with OR, PACU, and postpartum providing couplet care
• Approximately 80 deliveries per month, caring for babies 32 weeks gestation and up
• Collaborative team environment focused on evidence-based care and exceptional patient experiences
• Charge rate differential and additional compensation for call, callback, and holiday shifts

Requirements:

• Current Colorado RN license or compact license to practice in Colorado, in good standing
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• STABLE certification required
• Experienced Labor & Delivery Charge RN with strong teamwork skills
• Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
• Current flu vaccine required (October 1 – April 1, no exemptions)
• Colorado CAPS requirement must be completed prior to start
