Description
American Traveler is hiring an OB Nurse Manager with prior leadership experience and OB nursing background to oversee clinical operations, staff, and patient care on a 13-week contract.
Details
- OB (Labor and Delivery/LDRP) unit setting
- Uses EPIC EMR
- Weekday schedule with call requirements
- Holiday coverage required
- Must be able to take bedside shifts as needed in addition to leadership duties
Requirements
- Active RN license (Colorado or Compact)
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred
- Minimum 3 years of OB nursing experience
- Leadership experience within the last 2 years required
- Minimum of 5 years overall nursing experience
- Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check required
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- Supervise patient care, nursing staff, and daily OB operations
- Collaborate with leadership team to support clinical efficiency, staff development, and quality improvement
- Reliable personal transportation required due to lack of public transit in the surrounding rural area
