Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Case Manager – Edmonds, WA 98026

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Edmonds, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30), primarily Monday through Friday with some weekend coverage as needed. Daily census of 18-20 patients. Expected to work 1 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's).

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment in the greater Seattle area
• Case management role focused on care coordination and discharge planning
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Interdisciplinary support including interpretation services, social services, and rapid response teams
• First-time travelers accepted with appropriate experience
• Minimal floating required between facilities

Requirements:

• Active Washington state RN license or compact license (must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care/medical-surgical nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with concurrent review, continued stay reviews, appeals and denials, and medical necessity determinations
• Proficiency with InterQual and Milliman guidelines preferred
• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding, CPT coding, DRG, and HIPAA guidelines
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
• Must be separated from any affiliated facilities for a minimum of 3 months if previously employed
