Description
Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical / Telemetry – Glenwood Springs, CO 81601
Start Date: October 27, 2026
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Schedule: 12-hour day shifts with weekend rotation; 36 guaranteed hours per week. Call rotation required: 1 call shift per 2-week pay period in place of guaranteed hours that week, if requested due to staffing needs.

- Utilize your specialized knowledge in critical disease states to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Acute Care, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, or similar RN experience required
- Current Colorado RN License (or ability to obtain)
- Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Current Flu Vaccine required by November 1, 2026 (no exemptions accepted)
- Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility
- Colorado CAPS requirement must be completed prior to start (may take up to two weeks to obtain)
