Pediatric Float RN Pediatric Acute Care (Float) | Location: unspecified. This position involves providing specialized pediatric acute care within a pediatric hospital setting, supporting a variety of patient populations across multiple levels of care. The role emphasizes flexibility and experience in pediatric care, with a focus on delivering quality clinical support on a 12-hour day shift schedule.
Job Details
- Position Title: RN - Pediatric Acute Care (Float) | Specialty: Pediatric Float
- Shift: 12-hour days, from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: BSN, Colorado RN License, 3 years of Pediatric Acute Care experience, BLS, PALS, ACLS, and prior travel experience in pediatric settings; candidates with no travel experience are not considered.
- Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric experience in a childrens hospital, varied patient populations, prior float team experience, cardiac, trach/vent, or mental health patient population experience.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: These positions are for Acute Care RNs. Medical and religious exemption requests from the seasonal influenza vaccination are allowed. An exemption form must be included in the submission package.
