Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Intermediate Care – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: November 3, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00), 36 hours per week. Patient ratio 1:4. Weekend coverage required (half of weekends per contract). Float required.

• Opportunity to work with diverse patient populations requiring intermediate-level care
• One pre-approved time off period available during contract

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state or compact license must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Travel nursing experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Skills required include cardiac telemetry, ventilated patient care, central line management, IV insulin protocols, and titration of insulin drips
• Must not reside in the following Texas counties: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, or Morris
