Job Opportunity – Emergency Room Nurse – Sweetwater, TX 79556
Start Date: October 6, 2026
Location: Rural West Texas
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 36 guaranteed hours per week. Work week runs Sunday through Saturday.
Highlights:
- Level 4 Trauma Center serving a rural community in West Texas
- 8-bed Emergency Department with manageable patient volume of approximately 30 patients per 24-hour period
- Emergency Medicine Boarded Physicians on site 24/7 for collaborative support
- 91-day travel assignment with competitive compensation including overtime and holiday pay
- No on-call requirements
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Emergency room nursing experience preferred
