Job Opportunity – Pediatric/Neonatal Critical Care Transport RN – Seattle, WA 98122

Start Date: November 2026

Location: Seattle, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), every other weekend required. No call required. May float to provide bedside nursing coverage in NICU, PICU, or pediatric units as needed.

Highlights:

• Specialized role supporting ground transportation of critically ill neonatal and pediatric patients in the Seattle area
• Work collaboratively with respiratory therapists and advanced practice providers during patient transports
• Transport infants and children from surrounding hospitals, emergency departments, labor and delivery units, and NICUs to a higher level of care
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• Epic charting system experience required
• 91-day assignment with orientation provided

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; at least 1 year in critical care transport required
• Ground transportation experience is required
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Current certifications: BLS, NRP, and PALS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, arterial line management, central line blood draws, IV vasopressors, chest tube management, and pediatric dosage calculations
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
