Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, NICU – Spokane, WA 99204

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00). Variable weekends required. Patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on acuity. 48-hour weeks approved.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license accepted and must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 2 years of NICU nursing experience required
• Current BLS and NRP certifications
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with patient ratios of 1:3 or similar
• Proficiency in core NICU skills including ventilator management, central line care, arterial line management, administration of blood products, developmental care, and neonatal dosage calculations
• Experience with Level III and IV NICU patient populations, including neonates 29+ weeks gestational age
• Willingness to float to all units (only patients under age 2 on pediatric units)
• Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years
