Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license

• Minimum 1 year of experience in skilled nursing facility
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Current skills checklist, resume, two professional references, and online license verification required for submission
