**Exciting Pediatric RN Opportunity!** **Job Description:** - Join our dedicated team in the Pediatrics unit and make a difference in the lives of young patients! - **Shift:** - Night shifts: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) - **Patient Care:** - Manage a patient ratio of 1:4 - Experience with neonates, infants, and pediatric patients - **Required Experience:** - 1 year of recent experience in pediatrics - First-timers welcomed - **Certifications (Preferred):** - BLS - NRP - PALS - **Key Skills (Preferred):** - Monitoring chemotherapy patients - Oncology experience - **Work Settings:** - Pediatric MedSurg - Cardiovascular - Endocrine/Metabolic - Gastrointestinal (including feeding management) - **Patient Management:** - Recognition and management of dysrhythmias - Central and peripheral line care/management - Isolation precautions and PPE adherence - **Team Support:** - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including: - Respiratory Services - Phlebotomy - Radiology - Social Services - Rapid Response Teams - Pharmacy - **Orientation:** - 40 hours of thorough orientation to ensure you're comfortable - **Scheduling:** - Flexibility for scheduling types; Every other weekend coverage - **Float Requirement:** - Floating required within your skillset - **Guaranteed Hours:** - Facility allows for one call-off per two-week pay period **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
