**Join Our Dynamic Labor and Delivery Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery - **Location:** Exciting travel opportunity in a vibrant, high-quality care setting - **Shift:** Day shifts, 3x12-hour rotations (07:00 - 19:30) - **Experience Required:** Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery, with strong precepting experience preferred - **Patient Ratios:** 1:3 for days and nights **Key Qualifications:** - **Travel Experience:** Required; seasoned travelers preferred - **Certifications:** - Required: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP - Preferred: AWHONN Advanced - **Skills:** - Triage of obstetrical patients - Fetal monitoring - Intrauterine pressure catheter (IUPC) placement and calibration - IV therapy/Phlebotomy - Medication administration (e.g., anticoagulation therapy, antihypertensives, insulin drips, magnesium sulfate therapy) - Circulation for C-sections - Sterile vaginal exams - **Work Environment:** - Total Staffed Beds: 277 - High-risk antepartum and LDRP care - Daily Census: 12 - Number of Rooms: 10 **Additional Information:** - **Orientation Hours:** 36 - **Patient Age Groups:** Neonates, Adults - **Pre-Approved Time Off:** 2 requests allowed - **Scheduling Flexibility:** Option for 4x12 upon request - **Floating Requirements:** Must be comfortable floating between like units - **Local Candidates:** Not accepted - **Pending License:** Not accepted - **RTO Restrictions:** Must include time-off requests at submission **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
