Physical Therapist Travel Position

Location: Oro Valley, Arizona

Job Description

Physical Therapists (PTs) are licensed healthcare professionals who help patients reduce pain and improve or restore mobility. PTs develop individualized treatment plans to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. They also create fitness and wellness programs to prevent loss of mobility and support healthier lifestyles. PTs provide care in various settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health, schools, sports facilities, work settings, and nursing homes.

Schedule & Duration

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2-3 weekends per month required
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Hours Guaranteed: 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in an inpatient setting
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting

Additional Information

• Scrub color is flexible (any color allowed)
• Floating to other facilities is required as part of the role
