**Exciting Opportunity for Operating Room Nurse (Travel RN)** **Job Description:** - Embrace a rewarding travel experience as an Operating Room Nurse - Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required, alongside prior travel experience - No local candidates will be accepted, ensuring diverse environments and adventures **Shift Details:** - Standard shift: 0630 - 1500 with a 30-minute lunch break - Flexibility required as end times may vary depending on the procedures **Call Requirements:** - Participate in on-call responsibilities for 6-8 days per month **Required Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in patient care - Collaborate with Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, and OR Technicians to ensure optimal outcomes - Ensure timely preparation and availability of surgical supplies and equipment - Communicate effectively with patients' families to provide updates and support - Update and maintain physician preference cards for efficient operations - Scrub and assist physicians during surgical procedures - Supervise personnel providing patient care to uphold high standards **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
