**Join Our Team as a Care Manager II!** **Job Description:** - Shift: 5 Days, 8 Hours per Day - Start Time: May be asked to arrive at 7:30 AM - Stay until all cases are finished for the day **What You’ll Bring:** - Education/Skills: - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred) - Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent success in a Care Manager I position for a minimum of 5 years - Experience: - Two or more years of clinical experience - One year in an acute care setting preferred - Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: - RN or LMSW in the state of TX is required - LBSW accepted for associates with 5+ years of demonstrated success in a Care Manager I role - Certification in Case Management preferred - BLS preferred **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage in case management and utilization reviews - Implement MCG and InterQual criteria - Utilize EPIC for effective case management - Collaborate in acute hospital management **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
