Laboratory Technologist - Wisconsin

Contract length: 16 weeks

Location

Viroqua, Wisconsin

Job Description

Work in a Critical Access Hospital setting as a Generalist Medical Laboratory professional.
Perform and report analyses on multiple specimen sources across various lab departments.
Full competency required in a broad scope of laboratory procedures for patients of all ages.

Schedule

7 days on, 7 days off rotation (Wednesday through Tuesday).
Weekday shifts: 8:00 pm – 7:00 am (Monday to Friday).
Weekend shifts: 6:00 pm – 6:30 am (Saturday and Sunday).
Includes rotating holidays.
Approximately 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

Certification: ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician.
Medical Laboratory Technician experience within the last year.
Experience as a Medical Technologist.
Experience as a Medical Laboratory Scientist.

Additional Information

No prior travel experience required.
