Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Hawaii
Location
- Kapaa, Hawaii
Employment Type

- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Must be able to work any and all shifts (rotating shifts possible)
- 32 hours per week
Job Description
- Provide direct patient care in hospital or long-term care settings
- Perform a variety of nursing support tasks following established procedures
- May work in various care units such as Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Intermediate Care Facility (ICF), medical, surgical, etc.
- May provide home care for patients
Required Qualifications
- Valid CNA license in Hawaii
- Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care experience within the last year
- Current BLS certification
Additional Information
- Holiday pay applies only for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day
- Housing arrangements should be reviewed prior to accepting the position

About
Kapaa is located in the eastern region of Kauai just north of Lihu, with the Sleeping Giant formation in the Nounou Mountain range looming above. It boasts beautiful beaches, often less crowded than others on the island, such as Kealia, a long stretch of white sand beach perfect for strolling and whale watching during the winter.
