Physical Therapist (Travel) - Arizona

Location

Oro Valley, Arizona

Contract Length

13 weeks

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 5 shifts of 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30)
2-3 weekends per month
36 hours guaranteed per week

Job Description

Provide physical therapy services to help patients reduce pain, improve or restore mobility, and prevent disability.
Develop individualized treatment plans using various techniques to promote movement and restore function.
Educate patients on managing or preventing conditions for long-term health benefits.
May develop fitness and wellness programs to prevent loss of mobility.
Work setting includes acute inpatient rehabilitation.
Required to float to sister facilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience in an inpatient setting
Experience in a rehabilitation setting

Additional Information

Scrubs of any color are acceptable
Floating to nearby facilities is required
