Job Opportunity: ER RN Night Shift

Location

Lake Isabella, California

Employment Type

Contract (13 weeks)

Schedule

Night Shift: 1900-0730
Workdays: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights
Hours per week: 36
Includes House Supervisor responsibilities
Holiday pay for New Year, Thanksgiving, and Christmas only

Job Description

Provide patient care in an emergency setting with initiative, flexibility, and minimal supervision
Perform rapid, safe, and accurate triage
Communicate patient status effectively with physicians
Willingness to cross-train and float to Medical-Surgical nursing as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
