Case Manager (Registered Nurse) - Travel/Contract
Location: Eureka, California
Shift: Day (5x8 hours), 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Acute care experience required.
- Weekend requirement: work every other weekend (EOW).
- No call required.
- Floating between like units may be required based on need.
- Charting system: Epic.
- Free parking on first day; assignment parking provided during orientation.
- Facility is near multiple state and national parks, offering outdoor recreational opportunities.
- First-time travelers accepted with clinical approval.
- Locals accepted.
- Start date: ASAP.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience
- Case Management experience within the last year
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification issued by American Heart Association
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Acute Care experience
