Registered CT Technologist

Location: Delta, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Weekend Shift (Saturday, Sunday, Monday) - 3 shifts of 12 hours each
Hours per Week: 40

Job Responsibilities

• Transport patients according to their physical abilities for imaging exams.
• Use positioning aides to ensure quality patient exams.
• Operate all CT-related equipment.
• Protect patients following X-Ray Department policies and procedures.
• Assist with administration of contrast media as ordered by Radiologist.
• Support special procedures as needed.
• Assist in training Radiology students.
• Practice sterile technique and Universal Precautions.
• Maintain records according to department policies.
• Clean rooms after each exam and restock linen and supplies.

Required Qualifications

• Registered CT Technologist (ARRT certification required).
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year.
• BLS Certification required.

Additional Information

• Weekend shifts primarily.
• 40 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
