**Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Newborn Nursery!** **Job Description:** - Work the Night Shift: 7P - 7A - No on-call hours required - Opportunity to assist in Mother Baby care if census is low - Licensed RN with current certifications: CPR-BLS, NRP, ACLS required - Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a newborn nursery or related area **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure exceptional care for Newborn Nursery patients during their immediate neonatal phase - Utilize the Nursing Process in alignment with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies - Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment to enhance patient care - Plan and anticipate safe delivery of nursing care - Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training - Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience - Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
