Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Mother and Baby Care located in Little Rock, Arkansas. This position involves providing high-risk obstetrical and postpartum care to women and infants in a level I trauma facility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details

  • Location: Little Rock, Arkansas
  • Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; minimum of 0 years of experience; 2 years of relevant clinical experience; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification; intermediate fetal monitoring skills; prior travel experience required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred; experience with Epic electronic medical record system preferred; lactation RN experience.
  • Float: Float: Float rotation may be required to labor and delivery and step-down neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
  • Additional Information: The RN will care for women under obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) service and infants under pediatric physician care. The unit provides services for postpartum, well newborn (including low-risk hyperbilirubinemia treatment), high-risk antepartum, and gynecologic patients. The patient ratio includes antepartum patients 1:3-4, postpartum patients 3-4, couplets 1:1.
