Assignment for 13 weeks only-
Address: 35 Joy Dr., So. Burlington VT 05403 float as needed to St. Albans & Berlin Pref prior travel exp

FMLA/LOA . home dialysis experience is required- home dialysis RN Essential skill is having done home dialysis in outpatient setting. Training patients on home dialysis, maintaining patients on home dialysis. Baxter PD cycles and NxStage home hemodialysis machine. RN for Joy Dr. . Must be flexible with schedule, will work 8 hour days no weekends . BLS req Epic exp within the past 2 years required. Min 1yr outpt exp req ESRD: Chronic renal pts.
