CT Tech – Travel/Contract Position
Location: Lubbock, Texas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Employment Type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Day shift with a 7-day block schedule
- Thursday to Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12 hours)
- Monday to Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (10 hours)
- Total Hours per Week: 48
- Weekend Requirement: Yes (Saturday and Sunday mandatory)
- On-call: No
- Floating between units: No
- Patient Ratio: Approximately 1-5 patients per night
Facility Type
- Children’s Hospital
- Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
- Total Staffed Beds: 181
Special Requirements
- Knowledge of Siemens CT scanner required
- Pediatric acute care and trauma experience preferred
Required Qualifications
- Valid Texas Radiation Therapist license
- Minimum of 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
- CT Technologist experience
Additional Information
- Parking: Free in any unrestricted space; bike racks available
- Scrub Color: Not applicable for this role (not an RN or RRT)
Notes
- 48-hour workweek approval is not granted for this position
- Prior travel experience is required (7-day block travel experience specified)
