Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse – IMC Night Shift

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

• Unit: Intermediate Care (IMC)
• Shift: Night (4 shifts of 12 hours each; 18:30 to 7:00)
• Hours per week: 48 hours (option for 36 or 48 hours)
• Float required (ability to work in multiple units as needed)

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico
• Minimum 1 year of Intermediate Care experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Documentation & Compliance

• Valid Driver’s License or State ID required
• E-Verify compliance required for direct candidates; attestation for subcontractors
• Complete employment application/resume required
• 7-year work history verification required
• Unit-specific skills checklist required annually
• Clear headshot photo for badge
• Fingerprint consent form must be signed prior to start (New Mexico only)
• Flu exemption documentation must accompany any medical or religious exemptions

Additional Notes

• Candidates can attend orientation and EPIC training pending fingerprint clearance but cannot work on the unit until clearance is received (clearance ETA: 1-3 business days)
• Vaccine records must not state “per history,” “received elsewhere,” or similar phrases; must be verifiable documentation
• Declinations for flu and TDAP vaccines are not accepted; medical exemptions require provider signature and client approval
