Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (Travel)

- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Hours per week: 36
Unit Information
- Emergency Department with 11 beds
- Staffing includes 2 RNs per shift (day and night), 1 paramedic mid-shift, 1 MD 24/7, 1 radiology tech 24/7, and 1 security guard 24/7
- Patient ratio: 1 RN to 4 patients
- Equipment: GE monitors, Baxter pumps
- Electronic Medical Record system: Meditech
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience within the last year
- Acute care experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, ENPC, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI)
- Ability to work mid-shift and night shift
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an ER charge RN
- Willingness to float between different Emergency Department units
