Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington

Experience

Specialty experience: Physical Therapy in inpatient rehabilitation (years not explicitly stated; confirm with recruiter if needed)

Background and Screening Requirements

Background check within 90 days of start covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years; must be updated annually
E-Verify attestation required
EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start, updated monthly

State-specific searches for Washington and border states as required by law
Drug screening: 9-panel drug screen within 12 months of start (instant acceptable)
Respiratory safety clearance required annually for travel candidates
TB screening: IGRA/TSPOT, QGold, or 2 PPDs within 12 months of start, updated annually
Immunizations/vaccinations or declinations required:
- TDAP (Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis) within 10 years
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) - 2 vaccines or positive titer
- Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination
- Varicella - 2 vaccines or positive titer
- Seasonal Flu vaccine during flu season or declination
- COVID vaccination record preferred; declinations accepted with adherence to infection control policies

Additional Requirements

Photo for badge (passport style with neutral background) required
Completion of annual regulatory and specialty-specific training modules via LMS (Workramp)
WA Multi-State Licensed Nurses Demographic Attestation if applicable
Float policy acknowledgement (may be required to float to other nearby facilities)
Epic training modules completion required within a week of orientation

Patient care with a 1:6 therapist-to-patient ratio
Use of Epic electronic health record system

Hours subject to change based on need, including every other Friday and Saturday shifts
