Registered Nurse (Long-Term Care) - Night Shift

Location: Gunnison, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks)
Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 36


Job Summary

Assist and supervise day-to-day nursing activities in a long-term care setting, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local standards and regulations. Maintain the highest quality of care throughout the shift.


Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
  • Minimum 1 year of Long Term Care experience within the last year
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Information

  • Reliable transportation is required due to lack of public transit in the rural area
  • Prior travel experience is required for this position

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee nursing activities during the night shift
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and facility policies
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership to maintain quality care standards
