Registered Nurse - Case Management (Travel)

Job Type

  • Travel assignment
  • Contract length: 12 weeks

Position Summary

  • Acute Rehabilitation Case Manager role in a 60-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital.
  • Focus on treatment and recovery of patients with severe injury or illness.
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, no weekends or call required.
  • 36-40 hours per week.

Unit Information

  • Acute freestanding rehabilitation hospital.
  • Patient ratio approximately 1:15.
  • Common diagnoses include stroke, post-surgical cases, and multiple medical debilitation conditions.
  • Average length of stay around 12 days.
  • Electronic Health Records used: UDS PRO, Medi Tech, Pinpoint.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington.
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
  • Minimum of 2 years of Acute Care Case Management experience, including experience within the last year.
  • Experience working with adult patients.
  • Utilization Review experience.
