**Exciting Opportunity for RN in a Birthing Center!** **Job Description:** - **Assignment:** 13-16 weeks with potential for extension. - **Shifts:** Predominantly night shifts; averaging - 2 shifts of 12 hours and - 2 shifts of 8 hours per week. - **Flexible Scheduling:** - May include variations such as - 1 shift of 12 hours and - 3 shifts of 8 hours one week, then - 1 shift of 12 hours and - 1 shift of 8 hours the following week. - Minimum of every other weekend required. - Schedule adjusted according to unit and patient care needs. **Requirements:** - **Certifications:** - AHA BLS and NRP required. - **Experience:** - 1 year of LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Post-Partum) experience required. - Must have experience in the birthing department: Labor, Delivery, Post-Partum Care, & Newborn Care. - Epic experience from within the past 2 years is non-negotiable. - **Travel Experience:** Prior travel nursing experience preferred. - **Floating:** Must be willing to float to med-surg and ED units as needed. **Additional Information:** - **IVS to OFFER:** Available for onboarding. - **Orientation:** Bi-weekly orientations every Monday; next available is 7/20. - **Transportation:** - Public transportation is NOT accessible in the area; reliable transportation is a must. - Personal or rental vehicles recommended. - Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April. - **Employment History:** All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained, and full work history, including bed count, EMR, facility type, etc., is required for submission. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
