CT Tech Travel Opportunity - Ogden, Utah

Job Details

Position: CT Tech (Radiology)
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Shift: Mixed nights and weekends
Location: CT Scan Unit, Ogden, Utah
Unit Info:
- 223 beds in the hospital
- Radiology staff: 63 total
- Day shift CT Techs: 2 hospital, 1 FSER, 1 outpatient imaging
- Night shift CT Techs: 1 hospital, 1 FSER
Equipment: GE CT scanners (two 128-slice, one 64-slice, one 16-slice)
EMR Systems: Meditech, GE PACS

Typical Procedures

CT Angiographies (CTA) head to toe
Calcium scoring
Stroke workups
Low dose lung scans
Pulmonary imaging
Diagnostic imaging procedures

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Utah
Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
ARRT Certification in CT
BLS Certification
Ability to perform diagnostic X-rays

Preferred Qualifications

Strong IV skills
Experience with biopsies
Pediatric imaging experience
Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment & Culture

Team-oriented, motivated, and proactive
Awareness of surroundings and task-driven
Required uniform: Black scrubs
