Physical Therapist – Outpatient
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule:
- 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
- Days vary and include Saturdays
- Approximately 38 hours per week
Job Description
- Evaluate patients and develop/implement treatment plans for various diagnoses
- Focus on improving patient strength, range of motion (ROM), balance, safety, and function
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
- Work in an outpatient clinic setting
Required Qualifications
- Valid Rehabilitation Therapist license in Colorado
- Minimum 2 years of Rehabilitation Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Additional Information
- Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility (Radius Rule)
- CAPS registration required for Colorado (may take up to two weeks to obtain)
- Newly remodeled furnished studio and small one-bedroom apartments may be available nearby (subject to availability)
- Onboarding requires accurate Social Security number and date of birth to avoid delays
