Imaging Specialist (CT/X-Ray) - Contract

Location: Kapaa, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 32 hours (full-time)
Shift: Rotating day and night shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage
On-Call Requirement: Must reside within 20 minutes of the facility when on-call

Job Description

Perform CT and X-Ray procedures independently
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Coverage includes holidays such as New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day (holiday pay based on hours worked)

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Hawaii
Minimum of 3 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Experience as a Radiology Technologist
Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification

Additional Information

Flexibility in scheduling is required due to rotating shifts and on-call duties
Must be able to communicate arrival date and compliance status to the facility prior to start

Kapaa is located in the eastern region of Kauai just north of Lihu, with the Sleeping Giant formation in the Nounou Mountain range looming above.
