Registered Nurse (Med Surg Telemetry) - Travel Position
Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 7 PM – 7 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Unit Beds: 37
Patient Ratio: 1:5
Dress Code: Scrubs in black or royal blue
Job Description
- Fast-paced telemetry medical-surgical unit focused on optimizing post-surgical patient care per surgeon preference
- Established order sets and protocols
- Great team atmosphere
- No on-call requirement
- No floating to other units required
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: Cerner preferred but not required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry nursing experience within the last year
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Valid Driver's License

- Block scheduling is not an option
- No blackout dates or required holidays for return to office (RTO)
- Maximum amount of RTO allowed: 0
