RN PACU Travel Assignment
Location
- Beckley, West Virginia
Assignment Details
- Travel role
- 13-week contract
- 36 hours per week
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- Orientation is held biweekly on Wednesdays
- Candidates must live 60 miles or more from the facility to be considered for travel status
Schedule
- Shift details were not specified
- Call requirements: 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month
- Weekend coverage may be every other weekend or as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in West Virginia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
- ACLS
- PALS
- TNCC
Preferred Experience
- ICU
- ER
- PACU
Unit Information
- PACU
- 7 OR rooms
- Trauma Level 3
- Patient ratio: 1:1
- Serves all ages
Additional Notes
- Interdepartmental floating required
- Proper OR attire is required; scrubs are supplied by the hospital
