ICU Registered Nurse
Location
- Corpus Christi, Texas
Employment Type

Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Schedule
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend
- May be placed on call for the scheduled shift if not needed
Unit Overview
- 24-bed ICU
- Patient ratio: 1:1 or 1:2
- Floating may be required to another ICU
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Trauma experience
Preferred Experience
- Level 1 or 2 trauma experience
- Cardiovascular surgery experience
Commonly Used Equipment / Procedures
- Vents, Swan-Ganz, Impella, balloon pumps
- Intubation, central lines, bronchoscopy, EVDs, ICP monitoring, pacers, bolts
Work Environment
- Royal blue scrubs
- Strong customer service skills preferred
