Physical Therapist

- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
Experience / Knowledge
- Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions
- Knowledge of human behavior and performance, individual differences in ability, personality, and interests, learning and motivation, psychological research methods, and assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders
- Knowledge of principles and processes for customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, service quality standards, and customer satisfaction evaluation
- Knowledge of English language structure and content, including meaning and spelling of words, composition rules, and grammar
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and measurement of training effects
Role Summary
- Provides physical therapy to patients from pediatric to geriatric
- Assesses patients, develops treatment plans, and administers therapy interventions
- Supports discharge planning and home exercise programs
- Documents patient care and maintains a safe, clean, and confidential care environment
