Emergency Department Registered Nurse

36 hours per week
Night shift, with possible varied day and night shifts as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
ED - Emergency Department (4 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or ENPC
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

NRP certification

Housing

Dorm-style housing may be available depending on availability, at additional cost

Role Overview

Provide direct emergency nursing care using the nursing process
Assess and monitor patient status
Admit, transfer, and discharge patients
Document care accurately and timely
Follow safety and infection control procedures
