Registered Nurse — Behavioral Health

Location

Highland Hills, Ohio

Job Type

Travel
12-week contract
36 hours per week
Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Every other weekend
No call

Unit / Setting

Behavioral health
All staff float across 3 units as needed
Adult patient population, ages 18–99
24 beds
Patient ratio: 1:4

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Behavioral Health (2 years of experience)
Behavioral Health experience within the last year
Active CPR certification
Must attend CPI training within 30 days

Preferred Experience

Previous psych/detox experience

Key Skills / Attributes

Ability to recognize mental health as an illness
Compassionate toward mental health patients
Able to remain unbothered by patient comments
Proactive during downtime
