Travel RN - Rapid Response
Overview
- Location: Arlington, Texas
- Setting: Labor and Delivery / OBED
- Employment type: Travel
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Hours per week: 48
- Contract length: 6 weeks
- Start timing: Within 5-7 days of offer
- Scheduling note: No requested time off or special scheduling
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- 1 year or more of total travel experience
- Rapid Response experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
- AWHONN
Preferred Experience
- OBED experience
- High-risk, high-volume experience
Unit Details
- 23 beds
- Patient ratio: 2:1
- Floating within women’s postpartum and antepartum areas
- On-call: 1 shift every 4 weeks
Clinical Focus
- High-risk OB care
- Magnesium drips
- Insulin drips
- Circulating and scrubbing
