Registered Nurse Case Manager

- Day shift: Monday–Friday, 0800–1700
Role Summary
- Outpatient ambulatory registered nurse role providing patient-centered care in a clinic setting.
- Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication and treatment administration, clinical procedures, patient education, care coordination, documentation, quality/safety compliance, teamwork, and floating to other departments or assignments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Alaska.
- Case Management experience within the last year.
- 1 year of Case Management experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Ambulatory Care experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Case Management certification.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Additional Notes
- Direct hire candidates must have applied for an Alaska nursing license before the start date.
- Agency staff must have an active Alaska license.
- Start date is at least 6 weeks after fingerprint cards are received in Juneau.
- Traveler profiles are only accepted from candidates living at least 100+ miles from the facility address.
